9mm Parallel Twin-Screw Extruder
Having the distinction of being the second smallest parallel twin-screw extruder in the world, the 9mm is a little powerhouse. Ideal for pre-formulation and formulation development; a 15:1 L/D unit can work with as little as 10 or 15 grams of material.
When you have limited amounts of material, this would be the best solution. The rates can range from 10 to 15 grams to a maximum 2 Kg per hour. Of course, depending on your specific needs, we can also supply appropriate feeders. Another advantage is that you can easily scale up.

Small Volumetric Feeders
Flat-tray Volumetric Feeder
Probably the smallest twin-screw feeder in the world! The flat-tray feeder with internal wiper is ideal when dosing powders that are difficult to feed with any other type of feeder. It can work with all kind of powders including non free-flowing powders.
Operated by a Siemens controller is shown with a 0.1L hopper. Feeding rates are 0.002 dm3 to 1.5 dm3 per hour (0.002L/h to 1.5L/h). It is available with hopper lid, different hoppers, Vertical Outlet, Purge Gas Option, Dust Proof to 20 mbar and with screw extensions were the controller is away from the hopper.

Continuous Tablet Press
Continuous tablet caledar with vertical die (not shown) which allows the extruder discharge to be fed directly onto the tablet press. The size and the shape of the tablets can be designed to specifications. The calenders are interchangeable for multiple tablet size and shapes.
